Courier Delivery

Caribbeantan delivers door to door from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00.

No deliveries take place on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Main metropolitan areas: 3–5 working days after payment is received
• Outlying areas: up to 10 working days
• Black Friday period and the following week: 4–15 working days

Delivery lead times may change from time to time, but we will always do our best to deliver within the expected timeframe.

On Delivery

Once your order arrives at the selected delivery address, you will receive your invoice and delivery note.

The person accepting the order may be asked to provide identification for verification purposes. Anyone receiving the order at the delivery address will be considered authorised to accept it on your behalf.

A signature and printed name may be required on delivery to confirm receipt.

If No One Is Available

If no one is present at the time of delivery, the driver will retain the parcel and leave a notice where applicable.

The delivery service may attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time. An additional delivery fee may apply if re-delivery is required.

Possible Order Delays

While we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delays may happen due to:

• A product becoming out of stock or discontinued after your order is placed
• Unexpected courier delays, including incidents such as accidents or security-related disruptions

If an item is unavailable after purchase, a customer care consultant will contact you to arrange a refund or product swop.
